Image Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Image Consultant to enhance the professional image and personal branding of our employees across all levels within Larsen & Toubro's Engineering & Construction division. This role will focus on developing and implementing strategies to ensure our workforce projects a polished, confident, and consistent brand identity that aligns with L&T's values and industry leadership. The consultant will work closely with HR, marketing, and individual employees to provide guidance and training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive image consulting program tailored for the engineering and construction sector.
- Conduct individual and group assessments of personal and professional image, including attire, grooming, communication style, and body language.
- Provide personalized coaching and recommendations on appropriate business attire, color analysis, and wardrobe management for diverse professional settings within the construction industry.
- Train employees on effective communication skills, presentation techniques, and etiquette for client meetings, site visits, and internal interactions.
- Advise on building a strong personal brand that reflects L&T's corporate values and professionalism.
- Create and deliver workshops and seminars on image enhancement and professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in image consulting and corporate branding.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Measure the impact of the image consulting program on employee confidence and professional representation.
