Image Consultant

Role Summary: As an Image Consultant at WNS Global Services, you will be responsible for guiding and advising our customer-facing teams on professional appearance, communication etiquette, and personal branding to enhance client interactions and uphold the company's professional image. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees present themselves effectively, contributing to a positive client experience and a strong brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs on professional grooming, wardrobe selection, and personal presentation for employees.

Provide one-on-one consultations to individuals requiring personalized image guidance.

Advise on appropriate business attire and dress codes relevant to the BPO industry and client interactions.

Coach employees on effective communication, body language, and etiquette for professional settings.

Create and maintain style guides and resources for employee reference.

Assess current employee image standards and identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends in fashion, grooming, and professional development.

Collaborate with HR and Training departments to integrate image consulting into onboarding and development programs.
