We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Image Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the visual and professional image of our company and its personnel, particularly within the context of our operations in the ports and shipping industry. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure consistent brand representation and professional conduct across all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive image consulting strategies aligned with DP World's brand identity and values.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on professional attire, grooming, and etiquette suitable for the ports and shipping environment.
- Analyze current visual communication and suggest improvements for internal and external presentations, reports, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with HR and Communications departments to ensure brand consistency in all employee-facing materials and interactions.
- Conduct image audits and provide feedback to management and staff.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in image consulting and corporate branding.
- Manage the development and implementation of corporate branding guidelines for employee representation.
- Use analytical skills to assess the impact of image consulting initiatives on employee morale and external perception.
