Image Consultant Job Opportunity - BPO / Call Centre (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Image Consultant with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the professional image and presentation of our employees, contributing to a positive corporate culture within our BPO/Call Centre environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of corporate etiquette and personal branding. A Master's degree in a relevant field is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual image consultations to assess and advise employees on professional attire, grooming, and body language.
- Develop and deliver training workshops on corporate dress codes, etiquette, and personal branding for employees at all levels.
- Provide guidance on creating a positive and professional first impression for clients and colleagues.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and industry standards relevant to a corporate BPO environment.
- Assist in developing and implementing company-wide image and grooming policies.
- Offer personalized advice on wardrobe building, color analysis, and suitability of attire for different professional scenarios.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure brand consistency and employee representation.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
