Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage and analyze imaging and diagnostic data related to our travel services. This role will involve ensuring the accuracy and integrity of visual and textual information that supports our customer experience and operational efficiency. While not directly in healthcare, this role applies diagnostic principles to identify and resolve issues within our digital assets and service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate visual assets (images, videos) for accuracy, quality, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Analyze customer feedback and operational data to identify patterns and potential issues related to service presentation.
- Develop and implement processes for diagnosing and resolving discrepancies in travel product information.
- Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to ensure accurate representation of travel offerings.
- Maintain a database of imaging and diagnostic findings and their resolutions.
- Propose improvements to data quality and diagnostic methodologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis for any identified issues in visual or textual data.
