Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual with a Diploma in a relevant technical field to join our Imaging & Diagnostics team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience looking to contribute to critical healthcare technology projects. You will be responsible for supporting the operations and maintenance of imaging and diagnostic equipment and systems, ensuring their optimal performance and contributing to the overall efficiency of our healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of imaging and diagnostic hardware and software.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of medical imaging equipment under supervision.
- Support the data management and archival processes for diagnostic images.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers on technical issues and project tasks.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance in all diagnostic procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
- Provide basic technical support to end-users for imaging and diagnostic systems.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and product knowledge.
