Immediate Hire: Academic Coordinator (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Academic Coordinator to join our Ludhiana team. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Des background to enhance our internal training and development programs, focusing on design thinking and user experience within the BFSI domain. This role is crucial for upskilling our workforce and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement academic programs and curricula aligned with organizational learning objectives, particularly in areas of design, user experience, and financial product innovation.

Design and facilitate training modules, workshops, and learning experiences for employees, incorporating principles of design thinking and user-centered design.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and departmental heads to identify training needs and develop relevant learning content.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments.

Manage the logistics of academic programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communication.

Stay updated with the latest trends in design education, adult learning, and the BFSI industry to continuously improve learning offerings.

Foster a collaborative learning environment and mentor participants throughout their academic journey.
