This role is ideal for an individual with 3-4 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des), who can leverage their unique perspective to create engaging and effective learning materials for our finance and accounting teams. You will be responsible for developing curriculum, delivering training, and assessing learner progress, ensuring a high standard of financial literacy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design comprehensive training modules and course materials on accountancy principles, financial reporting, and relevant regulations for a corporate audience.

Utilize design thinking and pedagogical principles to create visually appealing and interactive learning experiences, incorporating digital tools and platforms.

Deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and online, adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and professional backgrounds.

Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.

Stay updated with the latest accounting standards, industry best practices, and relevant technological advancements to ensure curriculum relevance.

Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees requiring additional assistance in understanding accounting concepts.
