Immediate Hire: Accounts Payable Manager (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to join our dynamic finance team. Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, including invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the accounting system.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare and process vendor payments (cheques, electronic transfers) in accordance with company policies and payment terms.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Maintain accurate and organized vendor files and supporting documentation.

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment-related issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles.
