Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with an M.Pharma background to join our team as an Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) Specialist. This role will focus on leveraging 3D printing technologies for innovative applications, potentially including pharmaceutical prototyping, custom medical device components, or specialized materials development within our diverse operational sectors. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of material science and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various additive manufacturing (3D printing) equipment and software.
- Design, prepare, and optimize 3D models for printing, considering material properties and application requirements.
- Conduct research and development on new materials and printing techniques suitable for pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing applications.
- Troubleshoot printing issues and implement solutions to ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and production, to integrate 3D printing solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of experiments, processes, and results, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in additive manufacturing and their potential applications in the pharmaceutical and related industries.
- Perform post-processing of 3D printed parts as required (e.g., cleaning, curing, finishing).
- Contribute to the development and validation of new additive manufacturing workflows.
