Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Aerospace Engineer with a unique background in Law (LLB) to join our team in Gurgaon. This role will focus on bridging the technical intricacies of aerospace projects with the legal and regulatory frameworks governing them. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, managing intellectual property, and advising on contractual matters related to aerospace initiatives within our IT services division. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to leverage both their engineering and legal acumen in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze aerospace technical specifications and assess their alignment with national and international aerospace regulations and compliance standards.
* Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, licensing agreements, and intellectual property filings related to aerospace technology projects.
* Conduct legal research on aerospace-related legislation, policies, and trade agreements that may impact client projects.
* Collaborate with engineering teams, legal counsel, and project managers to identify and mitigate legal risks.
* Advise on data privacy and security regulations as they pertain to aerospace data and systems.
* Assist in the management of aerospace project documentation, ensuring adherence to legal and contractual obligations.
* Support bid and proposal processes by evaluating legal and compliance requirements.
* Stay updated on emerging legal trends and technological advancements in the aerospace sector.
