We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Airline Services team in Thane. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient ground operations and passenger handling. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and 2-3 years of relevant experience in the aviation or customer service sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing airline ground operations, including check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.
Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with various airport departments and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain operational records and prepare reports as required.
Adhere to safety and security regulations at all times.
Support in the implementation of new service standards and procedures.
