The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Tech/B.E. background to integrate artistic principles with media production, contributing to engaging content development. This role involves nurturing artistic talent and ensuring high-quality visual and conceptual output for our television and radio projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging arts curriculum and workshops tailored for media production trainees.
- Guide students in understanding and applying artistic concepts such as composition, color theory, and visual storytelling relevant to TV and radio.
- Utilize technical skills acquired through B.Tech/B.E. to explore digital art tools, animation basics, or graphic design principles for media applications.
- Provide constructive feedback on student projects, fostering creativity and technical accuracy.
- Collaborate with content creators and production teams to ensure artistic vision is met.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in digital art, animation, and media aesthetics.
