Key Responsibilities:

Support in managing product launches and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for management.
Contribute to budget management and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support in team development and provide guidance to junior staff.
