We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Producer with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a relevant field and a passion for project coordination within the IT services and consulting sector. You will support senior producers in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project flow.

Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Manage project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Support in resource allocation and management to optimize team performance.

Facilitate communication between project teams and clients, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and expectations.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the production and project management teams.
