We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Partner to join our esteemed legal team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with an M.Com degree and 0-2 years of experience, looking to build a strong foundation in corporate law and client advisory within a leading Indian law firm. The Associate Partner will support senior partners in managing client portfolios, conducting legal research, and contributing to various legal projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior legal professionals in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on various corporate and commercial law matters.
- Support the preparation of legal opinions, memorandums, and presentations.
- Engage with clients under supervision, understanding their needs and providing basic legal information.
- Maintain organized client files and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to case strategy discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest legal developments and regulatory changes in India.
