Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized ATM Operations Manager with 1-2 years of experience and a Diploma to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our ATM network, ensuring efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth functioning of our automated teller machine services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of all ATMs, ensuring they are functioning optimally.
- Monitor ATM cash levels and coordinate timely cash replenishment and withdrawal.
- Respond to and resolve ATM malfunctions, errors, and customer complaints promptly.
- Implement and adhere to security procedures to prevent fraud and ensure the safety of ATM equipment and cash.
- Liaise with third-party service providers for ATM maintenance, repairs, and network connectivity.
- Maintain accurate records of ATM transactions, cash movements, and service requests.
- Conduct regular audits of ATM sites to ensure cleanliness, branding, and operational readiness.
