Immediate Hire: Audit Executive (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and analytical Audit Executive with 2-4 years of experience to join our Pune office. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and have a strong understanding of audit principles and practices. You will be responsible for conducting internal audits, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our operations within the KPO and analytics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits of various business processes, functions, and departments to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.

Identify and assess risks within the organization, recommending appropriate control measures to mitigate those risks.

Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, observations, and recommendations for improvement.

Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and assess their effectiveness.

Assist in the development and refinement of audit programs and methodologies.

Collaborate with management and other stakeholders to ensure a strong internal control environment.

Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in auditing and risk management.
