Immediate Hire: Automation Test Engineer (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As an Automation Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative water treatment and waste management software solutions. This role requires a B.Sc degree and a strong foundation in software testing principles and automation tools. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and desktop applications using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
* Execute test cases, analyze test results, and report defects clearly and concisely.
* Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
* Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, test planning, test execution, and regression testing.
* Identify opportunities for improving test processes and automation frameworks.
* Perform functional, integration, system, and performance testing as needed.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA methodologies.
