Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Aviation Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nasik. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our corporate aviation fleet, supporting ONGC's extensive oil and gas operations across India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aircraft maintenance principles and a commitment to upholding the highest safety standards. This position is suitable for individuals with practical experience and a strong aptitude for aviation mechanics, regardless of formal graduation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of company aircraft.
- Perform routine checks and scheduled maintenance tasks according to manufacturer and regulatory guidelines.
- Document all maintenance activities accurately in the aircraft logbooks and maintenance records.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on aircraft components.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in the preparation and execution of maintenance work packages.
- Support the inventory management of aircraft parts and consumables.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required.
- Contribute to a safe working environment through adherence to best practices and proactive hazard identification.
