Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated individual with a legal background (LLB) to join our dynamic team as a Bilingual/Multilingual Support professional. This non-voice role will involve providing essential support to our global clientele, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of queries and issues through various digital channels. The ideal candidate will leverage their language proficiency and understanding of legal frameworks to assist customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support in multiple languages through email, chat, and other non-voice channels.

Analyze and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on accuracy and adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.

Interpret and apply legal terms and conditions in customer interactions where applicable, ensuring compliance.

Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for process improvement.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and efficient support.

Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and relevant legal updates.
