Immediate Hire: Business Intelligence & Analytics - Other (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Business Intelligence & Analytics professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our Chandigarh team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BI solutions, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions within the biotechnology domain. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses or data lakes.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to sales, operations, R&D, and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Operations, Sales) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Develop and implement data validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data models and databases.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
