You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of daily executive support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.

- Coordinate and prepare necessary documentation and materials for meetings and presentations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
