Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and health & wellness benefits.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
• Support the annual salary review and bonus process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits data for management review.
• Provide guidance and support to HR team and employees on C&B related queries.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of C&B policies and processes.
