Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Cabin Crew Supervisor with 0-2 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our team in Nagpur. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of passenger safety, comfort, and service delivery during flights. You will work closely with the cabin crew to manage daily operations and contribute to a positive passenger experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and guide the cabin crew during flights, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in pre-flight briefings, assigning duties, and ensuring all safety equipment is functional.
- Oversee the delivery of in-flight services, including meal service, passenger assistance, and complaint resolution.
- Monitor crew performance and provide constructive feedback and training as needed.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, following established protocols.
- Ensure a high level of passenger satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns proactively.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere onboard.
- Liaise with ground staff and other departments to ensure smooth flight operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the cabin crew department.
- Maintain accurate flight records and reports.
