We are seeking a skilled and experienced Camera Operator to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a relevant field and 3-4 years of hands-on experience in video production and operation. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage for our educational and training content, ensuring technical excellence and creative vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various camera equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless, professional video cameras) to record lectures, training sessions, and promotional videos.

Set up and manage lighting and audio equipment to ensure optimal recording quality.

Frame shots, compose scenes, and ensure smooth camera movements.

Collaborate with content creators, instructors, and instructional designers to understand project requirements and translate them into visual content.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of camera and related equipment.

Manage media assets, including organizing, backing up, and transferring footage.

Adhere to production schedules and deadlines.
