Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the inbound and outbound shipment of goods, including raw materials and finished products.

Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.

Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation companies to ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of cargo.

Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays or issues.

Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations, trade laws, and company policies, leveraging LLM knowledge.

Maintain accurate records of all cargo transactions and inventory.

Assist in the development and implementation of logistics and supply chain strategies.

Conduct basic legal reviews of contracts and agreements related to logistics and transportation.
