Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cashier with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree and be adept at handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth day-to-day operations at our branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process customer deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
Verify the identity of customers and ensure all transactions comply with bank policies and regulations.
Handle cash drawer, including balancing and reconciliation at the end of each shift.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a secure and organized work environment.
Assist with other branch operations as needed.
