We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to join our team at Cult.fit's Surat facility. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, equipment, and members. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced research and analytical skills, honed through doctoral studies, to monitor surveillance feeds, identify potential security breaches, and contribute to proactive risk management strategies. While this is an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with a strong academic background who can apply critical thinking to security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV feeds from various cameras across the facility to detect any unusual activities or security threats.

Record and document all incidents, ensuring accurate and comprehensive logs are maintained.

Respond promptly to alarms and security alerts, escalating issues to the appropriate personnel as needed.

Conduct regular checks of CCTV equipment to ensure functionality and report any malfunctions.

Analyze recorded footage to investigate incidents or gather evidence when required.

Assist in developing and refining security protocols based on observed patterns and potential risks.

Maintain a high level of vigilance and focus for extended periods.
