Immediate Hire: Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to join our dynamic team in Pune. The CCO will be responsible for ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies within the petrochemical and plastics industry. This role requires a strong understanding of compliance frameworks and the ability to implement and manage robust compliance programs. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate degree and 2-3 years of experience in a compliance-related role.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage the company's compliance program, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and industry trends to proactively identify potential compliance risks.

Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees across all levels of the organization.

Investigate and resolve compliance concerns and potential violations.

Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors as needed.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
