Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and technically proficient Chief ETO (Electrical and Avionics Technician) to join our esteemed engineering team in Nagpur. This role is ideal for an individual with a Master's degree and 2-4 years of experience, looking to contribute to the maintenance and repair of complex aircraft electrical and avionics systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational readiness of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of aircraft electrical systems, including wiring, power distribution, and lighting.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in avionics equipment such as navigation systems, communication systems, flight control computers, and radar.
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings to guide maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with DGCA regulations, company policies, and manufacturer's guidelines.
- Collaborate with other engineering and maintenance teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance performed, including parts used and time spent.
- Participate in the installation and testing of new avionics equipment and modifications.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
