Immediate Hire: Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to oversee and manage the information security and IT risk management functions for our organization in Mangalore. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk assessment, and incident response, suitable for a professional with 3-5 years of experience and a B.Sc degree. The CISO will be responsible for developing and implementing robust security strategies to protect our critical information assets and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Oversee the implementation and management of security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security solutions.
- Manage and respond to security incidents, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry-specific security standards.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate security into all aspects of the organization's operations.
- Monitor security alerts and trends, and recommend proactive measures.
- Manage relationships with third-party security vendors and service providers.
- Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.
