Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CIO with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for a recent B.Com graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in managing and overseeing IT operations within a leading power sector organization. You will be instrumental in supporting the strategic IT initiatives and ensuring the smooth functioning of our digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Support the management of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Contribute to IT project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Help in maintaining cybersecurity measures and data integrity.
- Prepare reports on IT system performance and user activity.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to the power industry.
