Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging training sessions on various aspects of communication, including verbal, non-verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Develop customized communication modules tailored to the specific needs of the advertising and marketing industry.
Assess current communication levels of employees and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Facilitate workshops on public speaking, active listening, interpersonal communication, and client engagement.
Create and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in communication training and apply them to enhance program effectiveness.
