Immediate Hire: Company Secretary / Compliance Officer (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Company Secretary / Compliance Officer with 2-4 years of experience to join our corporate team in Pune. This role is crucial in ensuring our company adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements within the dynamic Indian media and entertainment sector. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree, bringing a unique analytical perspective to compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of various statutory forms and returns with regulatory bodies like the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), SEBI, and other relevant authorities.

- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulations and ensure the company's compliance with them.

- Support the Company Secretary in organizing and conducting Board meetings, committee meetings, and general meetings, including drafting minutes and maintaining statutory registers.

- Ensure compliance with corporate governance norms and best practices.

- Handle legal and compliance aspects related to broadcasting licenses, content regulations, and intellectual property within the TV/Radio industry.

- Conduct due diligence and provide compliance support for new projects and ventures.

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel, auditors, and government agencies.

- Assist in developing and implementing internal compliance policies and procedures.
