Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our Compensation & Benefits team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent M.Tech graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing employee compensation and benefits programs within the facility management sector. You will support the team in various aspects of C&B operations, ensuring compliance and contributing to the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of compensation structures, salary surveys, and benchmarking exercises.
- Support the design and implementation of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other welfare schemes.
- Conduct data analysis for compensation and benefits, identifying trends and providing insights for decision-making.
- Help in the preparation of reports related to compensation, benefits, and HR metrics.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders on C&B related queries and initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and communication of C&B policies and programs to employees.
- Participate in special projects related to compensation and benefits as assigned.
