Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and organized professional with 3-4 years of experience in Configuration and Deployment Management to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and be adept at managing and overseeing the deployment of complex systems and products within the Defence & Aerospace sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring the integrity and successful rollout of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain configuration management plans and procedures.
- Implement and manage version control systems for software, hardware, and documentation.
- Oversee the process of deploying new systems, software, and hardware configurations.
- Ensure all deployed assets are properly documented and tracked.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful product releases.
- Conduct audits to verify compliance with configuration management policies.
- Manage the baseline of project deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
- Support the planning and execution of integration and testing phases.
- Analyze and resolve configuration-related issues and discrepancies.
