Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Safety Officer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment on construction sites, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. This role is crucial in preventing accidents and promoting a culture of safety awareness among all personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Develop and implement safety plans and procedures for construction projects.
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel.
- Investigate safety incidents and near misses, recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records and documentation, including risk assessments and permits.
- Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers.
- Monitor environmental conditions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to address safety concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
