Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Construction / Site Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to oversee and manage construction activities at our facility in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Pharma background, bringing a unique perspective to quality control and regulatory compliance within a food processing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and timelines.
- Monitor and inspect work quality, ensuring it meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and protocols on the construction site, conducting regular safety audits.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate daily records of site activities, progress, and any incidents.
- Manage material procurement and inventory on-site, ensuring availability and proper storage.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) relevant to construction in a food processing facility.
- Assist in the planning and execution of site development, renovations, or new construction projects.
