We are seeking a meticulous and creative Copy Editor with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our esteemed publishing house in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of our content across various print and digital platforms, with a strong focus on aesthetic appeal and editorial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and edit manuscripts for grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, and factual accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to Roli Books' style guides and editorial standards.
- Collaborate closely with authors, designers, and production teams to maintain the integrity of content and design.
- Fact-check information and verify sources for all published materials.
- Proofread galleys and final page proofs to catch any remaining errors.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
- Contribute to the overall visual and textual quality of Roli Books publications.
