Immediate Hire: Corporate Affairs (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Corporate Affairs professional with 2-4 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant corporate laws and regulations, managing legal documentation, and supporting the company's corporate governance initiatives within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory forms and returns with regulatory bodies like the Registrar of Companies (RoC), SEBI, etc.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage and maintain corporate records, including minutes of board meetings, annual general meetings, and other statutory registers.
- Support in drafting and reviewing various legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel on various legal matters.
- Provide assistance in corporate restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions, if required.
- Stay updated with amendments in corporate laws and regulations and their implications on the company's operations.
- Assist in handling shareholder communications and queries.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance norms and best practices.
