Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Corporate Development Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will support the strategic growth initiatives of Apollo Hospitals by conducting market research, financial analysis, and due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the healthcare sector to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Assist in the evaluation and financial modeling of potential M&A targets and strategic partnerships.
- Support the due diligence process for transactions, including data collection and analysis.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors impacting the healthcare market.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) to assess feasibility and integration plans for strategic projects.
- Maintain databases of potential targets, deal flow, and market intelligence.
