Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Criminal Law professional to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree, looking to apply their analytical and problem-solving skills in a unique corporate environment within the architecture and interior design industry. The successful candidate will support our legal team in managing and mitigating legal risks related to our projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements relevant to construction and interior design projects.
Conduct legal research on criminal law matters, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution pertinent to the real estate and construction sector.
Support the legal team in managing litigation, investigations, and compliance issues, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
Utilize analytical skills developed through an MCA to interpret complex legal data, identify patterns, and contribute to risk assessment strategies.
Collaborate with project managers and other departments to address legal queries and ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain organized legal records and databases.
