Immediate Hire: CSR & Sustainability - Other (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CSR & Sustainability Associate. This role will support the implementation and monitoring of our corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives within our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for environmental and social impact, strong organizational skills, and the ability to contribute effectively to diverse projects. This position is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience looking to grow their career in the sustainability sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of CSR programs aligned with company objectives and community needs.

Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of sustainability metrics (e.g., energy consumption, water usage, waste management) for projects.

Coordinate with project teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Help organize and facilitate community engagement activities and social impact initiatives.

Contribute to the creation of sustainability reports and communication materials.

Conduct basic research on best practices in CSR and sustainable real estate development.

Maintain records and databases related to CSR activities and sustainability performance.
