We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Customer Success Associate with a strong legal background to join our growing team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and achieve their desired outcomes through our legal services. Your understanding of legal frameworks and client needs will be crucial in fostering strong, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new clients, guiding them through our service offerings and ensuring a smooth transition.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving legal needs and identify opportunities for enhanced service delivery.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our legal services and their application to client requirements.
Collaborate with internal legal teams and departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful case management.
Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Prepare reports and summaries on client interactions and service delivery.
