Role Summary:

This position is ideal for a BCA graduate with 2-3 years of experience looking to build a career in customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers, guiding them through the initial stages of engagement and service utilization.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor customer health and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products/services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, product) to advocate for customer needs and drive service improvements.
- Develop and deliver regular reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement metrics.
- Conduct customer training sessions or provide resources to enhance their understanding and use of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to better serve our customer base.
