Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Data Scientist & Analytics professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will possess a strong B.Sc background and a passion for leveraging data to drive insights and solutions within the iron and steel industry. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets related to iron and steel production, supply chain, and market trends to identify key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Develop and deploy statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics solutions to address business challenges.
- Design and implement data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and management, to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, analytics, and relevant technologies, and evaluate their applicability to our business.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
