We are seeking a motivated Data Scientist with 2-4 years of experience to join our innovative team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Tech background and analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making across our textile and apparel operations, focusing on optimizing production, improving product quality, and enhancing customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets related to production, sales, and supply chain.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources to ensure data integrity and suitability for analysis.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.
- Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of new initiatives.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, R&D, and marketing, to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
