Role Summary:
We are seeking a nurturing and experienced Day Care Teacher / Incharge / Attendant with 3-4 years of experience to join our Coimbatore facility. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for the overall well-being, safety, and development of the children in our care, ensuring a stimulating and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate daily activities, including educational games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
- Create a warm, stimulating, and nurturing environment that encourages children's social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area and ensure adherence to hygiene standards.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Manage daily routines, including feeding, napping, and toileting, with patience and care.
- Observe children's behavior and development, documenting significant observations.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and positive childcare experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to child safety and care.
