We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deck Cadet to join our maritime operations team in Vishakhapatnam. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with a BCA degree looking to embark on a career in the maritime industry. You will gain hands-on experience in ship operations, navigation, and safety procedures under the guidance of experienced officers.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior officers with watchkeeping duties, including navigation and steering.

Participate in cargo operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Learn and apply maritime procedures, including maintenance of vessel equipment.

Conduct routine inspections and report any anomalies or potential hazards.

Maintain logs and records related to ship operations and activities.

Understand and follow emergency procedures and safety drills.

Support the bridge team with chart work and administrative tasks.

Develop proficiency in maritime communication systems.
